We want you to love your Ourglax Apparel. If you’re not 100% confident, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Wear it, wash it, live in it. If it’s not perfect, we’ll take it back. Even if you’ve removed tags or tried it on.

2. Free returns, always
No restocking fees. No hassle. Just email us and we’ll send your label in 24 hours.

3. Fast refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds hit your original payment method in 3-5 business days. Exchanges ship immediately.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

Return Conditions & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you select your correct size before purchasing. Other non-returnable items include gift cards and final sale items.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your convenience, we will handle the return label; however, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

How to Start a Return

  2. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund (minus the return shipping cost) will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
